How do I get login information for the website?If you are a paid member school, your institutional contact has a master account for your institution. The account holder can add you as a member that will be bundled with the main account that is connected with your institution. This is FREE with paid institution membership and a great way to connect with NEACUHO. There are areas of the site that are password protected so make sure to ask your account holder to add you! |
How do I become a member institution of NEACUHO?If you as the SHO or the institutional contact know you are not a member of NEACUHO, CLICK HERE to go to the Join NEACUHO page and become a member today! |

How do I get involved in a committee?Individuals in the NEACUHO region interested in getting involved must be at a NEACUHO member institution. If at a member institution, visit our Committee Involvement page. |
What is considered a new professional?Three years or less post-baccalaureate, full-time housing experience. |
What is considered a mid-level professional?Four to seven years post-baccalaureate, full-time housing experience, and/or a mid-level titled position. |
What is considered a senior level professional?Eight or more years post-baccalaureate, full-time housing experience, and/or a senior level/senior housing officer position. |
What is considered a Senior Housing Officer (SHO)?The department director for a residence life/housing program. |
