Annual Conference Sponsorship

Registration and information about our annual conference

Every year NEACUHO provides opportunities for Sponsorship at the conference.  This allows you to get your company name out there even more than just at the exhibit hall. Not going to be at the conference?  No problem! Contact us at Corporate@NEACUHO.org!

Level 1 Sponsorship 
Level 1 sponsorship opportunities are small demonstrations of commitments a person or organization can make to the Annual Conference. Level 1 sponsors are $750 and under. All Level 1 sponsors receive an acknowledgement on the slide show that is shared with approximately 4 other Level 1 sponsors.

Level one opportunities include: 

• Conference volunteer T-shirt with your logo! 
• Exhibit Hall bags 
• Affinity & Special Population Socials
• Have an idea? We'd love to hear it!

Level 2
Level 2 sponsorship opportunities are demonstrations of commitments that are between $751.00 and $1,500. These sponsorship opportunities receive acknowledgements on the slide show that is shared with approximately 2-3 other Level 2 sponsors. Additionally, the sponsorship is accompanied by additional acknowledgements noted in the particular sponsorship area.

Level two opportunities include: 

• Presenter thank you gifts with your logo 
• Sponsoring a cash bar
• 1955 Club Gift with your logo
• Have an idea? We'd love to hear it!

Level 3
Level 3 sponsorship opportunities are demonstrations of commitments between $1,501 and $2,500. These sponsorship opportunities receive acknowledgement on the slide show that is shared with 1 other Level 3 sponsor. The sponsorship is accompanied by additional acknowledgements noted, including having their logo and branding generated.

Level three opportunities include: 

• Nametags for all participants with your logo
• Evening Entertainment 
• Keynote Speaker 
• Membership Reception which you will be invited to

Level 4
Level 4 sponsorship opportunities are $2,501 and beyond. These sponsorship opportunities receive acknowledgement on the slide show on an individual slide. The organization's logo is part of the planning and receive additional acknowledgement during the conference. 

Level four opportunities include: 

• Conference Giveaway (item of your choice) with your logo 
• Welcome Luncheon 
• NEACUHO Annual Conference Banquet Dinner
