The Northeast Association of Colleges and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO) annual conference is upon us!  We are looking for exhibit hall vendors to display their goods and services at the 2025 annual regional conference.  This year’s conference is being held on October 8-10, 2025 at the Doubletree Manchester Downtown in Manchester, NH. The exhibit hall will take place on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Our association strongly believes that the NEACUHO annual conference is an excellent opportunity to make valuable business contacts as well as conduct public relations for your firm or organization.  Although not all individuals attending the conference are responsible for direct purchasing decisions, many have influence with those who do. You can speak with some current decision makers and the next generation of decision makers! You will get some time alone with the Senior Housing Officers and decision makers which will be build into the schedule, as well! 

In Manchester we will be at the Doubletree Manchester Downtown which will house the conference sessions, exhibit hall, dining, evening activities and our room accommodations, all in one building! We do anticipate filling up the exhibit hall.  Please register early.  Registrants are guaranteed an 8 ft. by 10 ft. booth, but no requests are being taken about the location of your booth within the exhibit hall. Registration will close once the exhibit hall has reached capacity.

Your registration costs include:

• 1-  8 ft. by10 ft.  booth 
• 1- 6 ft. table with skirt 
• 2 chairs at your table
• Pipe and drape on the sides of your booth 
• 2 tickets to lunch on Thursday, October 9

• Electricity is available for purchase via the exhibit hall directly. Additional information will be shared during registration!
• Mailing your items and goods is available for purchase via the exhibit hall directly. Additional information will be shared during registration!
• Parking is available for free at the hotel.

We will be sending your confirmations and additional information to all those who register starting the beginning of September.  Please be on the look out! 

Payments can be made via check or credit card.  Once you sign up, you will receive an invoice sent to your contact person.  Instructions to pay will be on the invoice.
