The Northeast Association of Colleges and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO) annual conference is upon us!  We are looking for exhibit hall vendors to display their goods and services at the 2026 annual regional conference.  This year’s conference is being held on October 7-9, 2026 at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel in Tarrytown, NY. The exhibit hall will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Our association strongly believes that the NEACUHO annual conference is an excellent opportunity to make valuable business contacts as well as conduct public relations for your firm or organization.  Although not all individuals attending the conference are responsible for direct purchasing decisions, many have influence with those who do. You can speak with some current decision makers and the next generation of decision makers! You will get some time alone with the Senior Housing Officers and decision makers which will be build into the schedule, as well! 

This year, the Sleepy Hollow Hotel will house the conference sessions, exhibit hall, dining, evening activities and our room accommodations. Because of our location, we anticipate filling up the exhibit hall. Please register early. Please note: Registrants are guaranteed an 8 ft. by 10 ft. booth, but placement location in the hall will not be finalized until September. Priority is given to Corporate Compass Partners and early registrants. July 15th is our deadline for priority registration.

• 1-  8 ft. by10 ft.  booth 
• 1- 6 ft. table with skirt

• Electricity is available for purchase in the exhibit hall. Please indicate your needs below and further information will be sent to your contact person.
• Mailing your items and goods is available. Please indicate you will be mailing items on the registration form.
• Free parking is available onsite with easy load-in and out of the facility.

Your detailed confirmation and additional information to your contact person will be sent the second week of September. Please make sure your contact person and attendee information is accurate. Numerous mailing will be sent directly to your contact person. 

Payments can be made via check or credit card.  Once you register, you will receive an invoice sent to your contact person.  Instructions to pay will be on the invoice.
