The Call for Programs for our Annual Conference is officially live.
Please use this form to submit your program proposal.
Program Submissions are due no later than 4:00pm on Friday, July 17, 2026. Presenters will receive communication on whether or not their program has been accepted the week of July 27, 2026.

NEACUHO is also excited to introduce a new Accommodation Request Form to better support the diverse needs of our community. This form ensures all attendees have the opportunity to request accommodations that promote access and inclusion at our events.
The Dr. Tim Touchette Legacy Scholarship provides opportunities for individuals to attend a NEACUHO event. Individuals who attend member institutions are eligible to apply. Please note, you have to be a member on your institution's roster and if you are not, confirmation will be required.
If you would like to apply for a Legacy Scholarship, you can apply here: Legacy Scholarship. The deadline for Legacy Scholarship applications is September 4th, 2026. If you elect to apply via Legacy, please use "Pay by Check" until the Legacy determination is made.
